Wishing for Snow

Living in LA you don't get much snow. This drawing came about after talking to some co-workers about snow days back in Canada.

Jodi's Office

Here are two drawings I did while I was waiting for Jodi.

Jodi doesn't have a window in her office. So I did the bottom drawing so she could look outside. Of course all she can see is a black bird and some strange alien/snail thing. But a window's a window.

The top one was just for fun.

If you go and visit her she might even let you see the orginals.

Cookie Time

Spent today baking Christmas cookies. Okay Jodi did most of the work...but I'm good at cleaning up.



Didn't Jodi do an awesome job. I love the polka dotted Christmas rooster. Very imaginative!

Alien-Octopus

Created this picture from the paint blobs which had leaked from a previous page in my sketch book.

Can you find the blob that inspired the Alien Octupus?

I wish I had painted the troll a little lighter. I feel we loose him a little....oh well live and learn.

Witch-Jam

So there I was sitting around thinking about doing a drawing about witches. Next thing I know I sketched out this little piece.

This piece was done in my pocket moleskine. I used water colour, which is a pain in the butt with the paper in it.

Darts

This sketch is two things that happened at work merged into one little cartoon. It's probably only funny to those who were there. But I like how the drawings turned out.

Christmas Ornaments

Jodi and I spent 4 hours last week making ornaments for our "mini" Christmas tree.

This one is a piece of cake...we love cake and what tree isn't complete without cake.






This is an elf....as if you couldn't figure that out yourself.

This one is my favorite. Jodi did a frog hanging from the moon.

Jodi, me, and our cats. Jodi did these too. She did a very good job on my sideburns.
